PC+ consults on the design/ visioning & land planning for MU districts, office, residential, hospitality, historic/ adaptive reuse, retail/ boutique shops and restaurant/ bars. We continue to be involved in many exciting design collaborations at Trinity Groves (Jan 2013 cover of D Magazine). In addition to architectural consulting design services, we offer "tenant prospect design visioning studies" to assist landlords & brokers with "lease up" and Project Program Management services. 

Paul has led a career of leadership/ownership positions, inside both traditional architecture/interior practices as well as multi-discipline A/E organizations in Dallas/Austin and the Portland/Seattle area. This experience level provides for a broad spectrum of styles & uses in the development arena. 

Paul’s professional experience includes both large and small projects in the US (and abroad) on a wide range of project types including, Corporate/Workplace, Renovation/Adaptive Reuse, Hospitality, Retail/Mixed-use, High Tech/Industrial, Residential, Light Medical and University facilities. Our open and collaborative style of design leads to effective communication needed to achieving project milestones.
